The one thing that sticks out in my mind is I received a phone call shortly after I was set up to make sure I was satisfied with my BlueHost account and to see if I had any questions. However, HostGator is a probably the best quality hosting you can get for the buck. I host about 24 websites and have never had a problem with uptime, or page load speed. No reason to switch. You can pay monthly with is nice for people who do don't have a few hundred bucks to up for a few years in advance. Oh, Customer service is always online, if you ever have a issue. No run arounds. They called me when I first opened my account to make sure I was up and running. My site was down once for about 3 hours late at night, but as far as I can tell it has been up the majority of the time. I have do not have any complaints.
